FYI - check over at SVTPerformance.com and do a search for "head tick" - as most of the 03s and some of the 04s had this problem. Im not sure what/if anything ends up failing, but I know it's frowned upon and usually required a head replacement at the dealer. Also, I think I remember some the early 03s having shorter sparkplug threads and sometimes the plugs would back out.
