6 bolts have crankwalked and they have nitrated cranks from the start.

As for having your motor built. Easiest would be just take it to jerry. He has a toque plate also.
I have heard good things about enginelab before but was alittle turned off by them when I called to see if they could o-ring my block or head and they had no idea what I was talking about. Nolonger fely comfortable with a machine shop that doesnt know what o-ringing a combustion chamber is. Plus they are expensive.
Jerry may not be the absolute cheapest choice out there but he certainly isnt the most expensive.
