For the money I personally think you would be better off investing into a port & polish job from portflow or alanz & simply going with a ported intake manifold which is port matched etc.

ITBs are not practicle for a daily application in my opinion.

I have yet to see a Bseries 1.8L or Hseries 2.2L honda applications with ITBS really impress me except complete race applications.
