OK, got another IRCM from the junk yard and the pump now runs. Fired the puppy up and it runs and moves under its own power...I think. It's difficult to tell if it's moving when you step out of a turbo Fox into a stock 4-banger Fox.

Now to figure out why the tach is pegged all the way and never moves.
