You know, I kick myself in the ass everyday for getting rid of that 1G car...i knew from the minute it fired up, that motor ran strong..and the bad part is this 1JZ is the same way...the motor makes absolutely no noise, no ticks, no clacks, no hesitation..idles perfect...if there's any other noise around you, you wouldnt even know it was running due to the exhaust note being so quiet at idle...and omg this thing sounds amazing...what the hell do I have to do to sell this thing? i mean really, the clip cost me $2900+expenses to pick it up...i paid ~$300 for the hks intake and the blitz axleback from the importer at the same time...the conversion motor mounts for early 89 to 1JZ were a good $200..the 2JZ waterpump was right around $200...and then you got the underdrive pulleys...the FAL 210/220 fans...all that adds up to be quite a bit...and the shells not perfect, it definitely needs some suspension and probably front end work...but you cant complain for the price...
