When i purchased my newest bike i went ahead and got the wheel and tire warranty...basically for the chrome wheels.It covers wheel damage and tire damage if the tire has a blowout or hole for nails ect. as long as depth is over 3/32 of an in. and i ran over a nail.Well, i have less than required for free replacement at only 3300 miles on bridgestone battlax's and just wondered what these and other tires come new.BTW i have a dunlop that is pretty fresh that measures at just above 3/32 that is going on soon...and i just got my own tire changer so it's not costing anything(hit me up if you need one changed )
