The guy then endangers many peoples lives while showing all the idiot ricers out there how cool he is by running from the same police that are trying to get his car back for him. Sure no one got hurt...but what would happen if he killed someone? Would it still be funny, would he still have big balls? I hope they give him aggrivated assualt, careless driving, insurance fraud, attempted murder, hit and run, and resisting arrest. Yes he did everyone of those things, and needs to go away for a long time.
