do you know what they consider a "Totaled car"? if damage repairs are more then 1/3 the price of the car... in your case it doesnt matter since you get nothing from your insurance.
the officer quoted my damage as 3000....
the car was only worth 2000......... if that. i think that qualifies as "Scrap-Metal car"?
