drain the coolant via the petcock, close it, Take the upper hose off from th radiator. Shove garden hose into coolant hose and tighten clamps down on it tight. turn on hose full blast. This will help flush shit outta the block and intake, then drain again. cahnge tstat if you want, and add fresh coolant.
