Don't worry about understanding it, no one ever does even when I provide a hard copy of it. Here, I'll try to explain. Ok I work mon-thurs for 2 weeks and then work thurs-sun the other two. That is the simple version meaning some weeks I work only thurs and fri and then others I work all week but friday. Hope that helps. No? ok then here are the dates:
