When they greet you tell them you are buying a bike today... they like to hear that.

Once you decide what you are getting (including gear & accs, if you want), ask for a price... don't like it ask for a card & tell then you will call him if you can't find a better deal by the end of the day\week... You may get a positive reaction or not... go to all the local dealers you can... don't settle on anyones price...

You just have to be very convincing that you are a potential deal, cause lots of dreamers fly through there, and usually a high price gets them running.

The cycle trader is indeed a good place to shop around because usually GA\TN & NC have left over bikes in crates at killer discounts....
