i hear those eagles are pretty safe up to about 600-700s horsepower ranges, as far as the torque specs go, i would say those are infact the same rods you have, The easiest way to know what size you have is to go to home depot and measure the nut that came with your rods, they have guages in the hardware department, I would go with that torque specification because thats what my eagles torque spec is. i have the same set and i plan on using them in build. I was told by a real reliable source that he has had them in a car makin over 600 at the wheels and those eagles did just fine, infact they are still going. I really wouldnt worry about this unless u plan on hitting over 6-700 hp.
As far as the block question... do you have a block already? if you plan on getting a block sleeved you would need the pistons you wish to run in that block first, that way they can final bore the block...
1200 is about right for any company who does sleeving both darton and golden eagles both run at that cost... pm blown99civicsi, he can most likely answer any questions you have and get u what you need.
