Well any DR won't hook like a ET street. But since u wanna do t on Dr's I can give my opinion as what tire would be the best choice. Remember it's not all about the width of contact patch but also sidewall height. Yes a 275 is wider than a 255 but a 275 has a smaller sidewall(assuming same rim size) so it won't wrinkle as much as a 255. What are the sidewall measurements(i.e. 255/??/16?) IMO get a 255 with a bigger sidewall than aposed to a 275 with like a 45/50 serires sidewall. The bigger the sidewall the more shock or "hit" the tires can take. That's why in drag racing the 15" rim is the rim of choice cause of amount of sidewall. The companies that I am aware that make Dr's are Nitto, Bfg, McCreary's, Mickey Thompson, and there's one more but can't remember the name. If you absolutely want to get a 275 series tire on a 16" rim I think it has to be atleast 9" diameter rim. Hope this helps. -Mark
