i know what i am talking about because i was arrested for it a couple years ago while i was in my car and it was a misdemeanor...

and if it was a felony to some extent the cause still does not justify what the cop did.

its one guy on 2 wheels that was speeding. the cops chasing him for a speeding violation also endangered other peoples lives. a cop, with the right mind set (protecting the public 1st) would have let him go.
