got my box wired and soldered, installed one of the subs, and plugged the shit out of both terminal cups with silicone. like there is probably half a tube of silicone on each terminal to make sure that bitch is sealed (i punched a hole in one of them with the soldering iron, and figured while i was down there i might as well make sure the whole thing was sealed up nice and tight )

also secured my box with $10 worth of hardware from home depot. as it sits right now, it is secured on 2 hinges, each with a padlock through them to make sure nobody tries to run off with the box and to make sure it doesn't slide around the trunk while taking corners aggressively (i'll take pics tomorrow. it looks ghetto as hell but i think it will work after i finish it up). the padlocks are really just there for ease of removal, i figured there was no sense in bolting it down permanently since eventually i'm taking this thing to the track.

PS: tested out the one sub on the shop's old ass rockford amp... probably about 250-300 rms... and damn does that thing ever sound nice. i'm excited
