just to make it clear for some of you that seem to read stuff that isn't there... no one on here has stuck up for the rider.

he was in the wrong but cops can't shoot people for j-walking!!

hell in tampa we have a no chase policy and i totaly agree with it... no reason to even be chasing the kid thru the streets at 100+ mph when all he did was speed in the first place. I'm sure its not a law up there, but it should be.
