let it warm up to operating temp and do it.

but being that they were the same result acros the board is good enough for now, you're more worried about the variance between each cylinder. doing it warm takes into account ring expansion and such, so all it will do is make the numbers higher.

most SR/engine importers that compression test their motors have to do them cold since they're sitting on a wood palette on the floor somewhere, so if people buy motors that have consistent #s across the board, you're fine.
