pretty much. and knock out the mount on your front cross member. get some different radiator hoses, and thats about it. you will need to wire a knock and 2nd o2 sensor. go to the hondahybrid site and pull up install instructions there
he wouldnt need the two o2's and all that shit with the pr3...
