As for the loudness thats just a bs thing to write tickects for unless they have a db limit. The link I posted doesn't state any such limits just says louder then stock.

When you consider that the exhaust companies sell several thousand mufflers a year just in our area it just doesn't make sense. If there was a requirement I would go and test it and make sure I was within the law.

I wonder when this law was passed and if anyone knew it was even going to be a law before it was already done.
