Rims will look nice with the bodykit and paint job you plan on doing next.

He wanted Rims first, than hes gonna get a body kit and than plans on painting it(I think, I know the paint job is planned). Its just the way he wanted it. The finished product (hopefully) will still be nice, having a styling body kit, and a nice new matching paint job.
