Looking for a driveable car that's cheap (I mean like stock CRX cheap). I live near clearwater/st. pete now but I'm moving to orlando in about 3 weeks, so I could pick it up before or after the move. I've got a couple friends that wanna buy one of my PC's for about $800 but even if that falls through I can save up about $800 from work (unless I get screwed over on my paid vacation, which I kinda see happening, fuckin walgreens, then we're looking at 600). Either way I guess I should get some info out on what I'm looking for.

-Mechanically sound: I don't want anything falling off as I pull out of your driveway and I'd be really happy if I wasn't trailing bizarre fluid mixtures. If it's on your car, it'd be awfully nice if it worked.

-The Exception: I don't mind not having A/C!!!! I'm incredibly well adapted to the intense heat of Florida, the nice cold A/C in my accord never gets used (except when my friends cry about the heat, weaklings) mostly because I'm convinced that it destroys my gas mileage. Thats why having working windows is important!

-Legal to drive: this means I kinda want headlights and other parts which are not necessary for your vehicle to actually run... installed, I don't care if you have them, I want to not have to worry about it putting it on after I pull out of your driveway.

And that's about it, it's pretty much just gonna be me riding in it, maybe one other person (see, a cheap CRX would be perfect) since it'll just be taking me to school and work, maybe to hang out or whatever. Thanks.
