Ok MoRice.. make sure you find an engine shop that actually BORES the block with a boring bar, most places just hone it bigger. You may also consider getting the rods sized and throwing on some ARP rod bolts. If you start with an 89 T1 (which you should), it'll come with "T2" rods. I forget what the reasoning was, i think because I switched from main bolts to main studs.. but they said i needed to get it line bored. Not to ruin your happy outlook of the motor, but those 2 things cost a little more. I dont remember how much, but it made it a bit more pricey. (still under $500). Plus the cost of ARP goodies.
