the problem is that it is an obd1 head and your friend wants to put it on an obd0 car...the deal is that only an obd1 dizzy will bolt up( correctly anyways) so if you put on the obd0 distributor it will be off by like 90 degrees or something...you have to look on the net, there are ways to fix this problem
