takes forever to get cold? Or blows semi cold? My quickest guess without going into detail would be evaporator. When you had it vaccumed did it hold vaccum? How much did you charge back into your system? What are your pressure readings? Did you happen to add dye to the system when you charged and check for leaks? Does the ac compressor drag when it comes on or stops? There is alot questions that have to answered first before anyone could tell you what the problem is from what you said.
