GOOD-new shift fork and seals kevin from CMS took it apart and said eveything was fine when he put in the new shift fork and seals.
put in HONDA trans fluid also.

BAD-Grinds third in higher RPM's but i was told to put in Syncro mesh to help it plus i needed a clutch BAD and the throwout bearing was gone so that didnt help
