I don't like best buy!!! I took alot of stuff back there and gotten alot replaced. I just bitch alot until they give me what I want. I would tell them that they are all blown and they suck. And take them out yourself if you can so that you can just take them straight to the customer service desk. Try it just bitch until they give you what you want.
