I hope both sides of this debate will read all of this even though it is long and feel free to add your .02


Good editorial by the Dirtman. However I know not everyone over there falls into that category.

My main complaint with some of the Badrap crowd is that they tend to look down there noses at TR for various reasons when on Badrap or at Badap events. But when they make the occasional stop here they post like everything is alright. This is not singling out any one person, just a generalization from what I can gather. I am not trying to add to the drama but I think some of you know what I am talking about.

Yes TR has a large import base and of the import base I only respect a handful of them (when it comes to car stuff) for what they have accomplished with their cars. Many of them are good people regardless of what they drive or how fast they are. Granted we tend to have more drama here but that is in part to many things of which can be another debate.

But there are more domestics on TR now than one might think and that number grows every day.

On a personal note I am a 100% domestic car person, Ford for 98% of that as you can see but I can respect cars that accomplish great feats regadless of what the badge on the car says. I think that is why I do not blend with all of the Badrap people, I can give credit to a fast 4 banger and not feel as if I am abandoning my friends. In the meantime I despise any form of rice import or domestic.

Hopefully the day will come where Badrap and TR will be seen as equals by both sides.
