Okay before I send this to the company and look like a total jackass I was wondering if someone here could help me figure this out. This is the email I was about to send to Peak Performance. I know I've got a lot to learn about engine mechanics and design but could someone help me understand?

"Hello, I have a few questions that I am a bit confused about. My tuner here in Tampa has taken a stock stroked SR20DET and sleeved the block to accept 89.5mm pistons. He said this creates a motor with the displacement of 2.2L's. My question is that he is using the stock 86mm stroke but the larger bore to create this displacement...this extra 3.5mm's has given him .2 extra liters of displacement without changing the stroke(if I understood him correctly, which I probably don't). When using your companys 91mm crank and 90mm JE pistons why does this only lead to a .3L change in displacement?"

Like I said, I'm pretty dumb and new to the whole deal regarding the actual math of bore x stroke = displacement and all that nonsense so can someone help me not feel so stupid? Thanks!
