heat wrap i would run only on my down pipe and other tubes..i wouldn't run it on my headers them self one the cost to damn much for small blocks and they do and will make your headers crack...

ceramic coating will work better i think if done right..

remeber no matter what your headers will crack on a turbo app..just depends on how long and how much heat your turbo builds..i think the wrap will crack a header faster then not running any thing and ceramic coating will make the header last the longest..

also u wont really be able to tell if your shit is cracked with the wrap when it does happen..u will notice a boost leak on your gauge but it will be hard to track down more then likely...just my 2 cents
