Does the radiator fan come on? If the fan doesn't come on hook up a battery to it. If it still doesn't come on you need a new fan motor. If it did come on with the battery then you need a new switch/relay.

If the fan comes on when it is supposed to then check the thermostat. It might be stuck closed or doesn't fully open. If the thermostat is fine then it looks like a water pump.
