blow off valve you can do ebay knock off if you hear compressor surge the bov is toast if you hear random bov noise then congrats you saved $100

If you hear compressor surge (prolly during test drive down street) do not keep driving on it unless you want to replace the turbo very soon.


on knock off wastegates if you have random friends that have tial wg setups and a high boost spring the best thing to do is test it on their motor with the lowest psi spring possible (I think its 3.75psi) if that sucka boost creeps (IE passes 6psi) don't use it your friends motor wont break since his fuel management/timing are already super rich/retarded. (send it back, get money back and buy a tial)
