Have you checked some of the cars that are available here? Some of them seem to be in good shape, and for a good price. Keep checking autotrader and ebay periodically. You can find turbo models, that were adult owned, unmodified, and maintained well, for really good prices at times.
That's what I did, if you don't rush yourself something is bound to pop up. I found one completely stock with no major issues, just needs a good tune up.
