Easy as hammering the studs outta the hub and putting in a new one not too hard I broke one or two back when I had my s13 if its just a stud which is what it sounds like go to nissan and pic up a stud and knock the old one out with a hammer it will pop out on the 89 if im not mistaken and you will just need to put a new one in through the back in the hub. Just push the new one till it clicks in and you should be fine.
