You can either pay $1XX for a ticket for no endorsement every time you get stopped

OR

You can go pay $1XX one time to take the MSF course, which is what you need to do anyway and you'll be legit.

Either way you look at it, you are going to pay. One way is just cheaper if you look at it from a straight economic standpoint. Choice and $$$ is yours
