Don't get me wrong, the HJC looks good, but you are definitely better off sticking with the Shoei. I have ridden with an Icon, HJC, Shoei RF1000, and now my present helmet a Shoei X11. I can say with 100% confidence that when it comes to helmets, you really do get what you pay for. My X11 is not only the most comfortable helmet I've ever worn, but by far the best ventilated. I can literally feel the air coming in through all of the vents, which is something I can't say for any of the others I've tried. I have heard good things about the Arai Corsair from some of the customers I've talked to at work, but as many times as I tried them on, Arai's just do not fit my head right.

Out of the 7 people that work at my store, 5 of us use Shoei helmets (4 of them being X11's) and we can pretty much get any helmet out there, so that really shows that there is something better about Shoei's products.
