I'm sure everybody has a take on it, but in my opinion the fight was stopped too early. I don't favor either Tito or Ken, but Ken's arms were up by his head, they were not in any way limp, and he was taking the blows just fine. The fight was stopped and he practically HOPPED UP going "WTF???"

This is one of those stoppages that is conflicted by "The Referee Rulebook".

Yes, the refereee did what he was supposed to. However... etc etc etc...
