they are kinda rare,
look for 348a in the options to find a real one, they are lighter kinda like the last real musclecar type thing(no frills but the power was there, imagine if they made a 04 Cobra without all the crap like PW/PL/heavy stereo crap and for about 5 grand less, think they would sell any? all of the gts's ordered were sold,had all the good of a GT without the weight and extra stuff some people take out anyway, I have seen a GTS with Radio and A/C delete. It was the best way to order a car you were going to turn into a racecar anyway.
You could order a GTS anyway you wanted, I have seen them with every option except the Mach 460 so it allowed you to order it the way you wanted, unlike today when you only have 2 ways of ordering a GT(deluxe or premium)
mine is only one of 202 ordered with the optional GTS Spoiler(3 post) and an automatic.I would gladly buy another one if I found one I liked, someone found one with GT-40 Heads awhile back.(the guy was a tech servicing the GM's car at the dealership and the car only had 32k on it)
