it gets good batt charge but when i go to turn key it just clicks. im thinkin from there its just the starter.

i drained the oil, no water rose to the top. so i dont think the engine is locked. i took off the valve cover, no signs of water damage or what was to be a warped cam. i still havnt tryed tapping the started while the key is turned though. i cant think of what else i should try.
