Well they don't work very well in the rain, and they are more for road racing than drag. The stiff sidewalls would probably result in worse wheel hop. Just go for drag radials. Racing Zone has good deals on the Nitto DR's. If you were to get these, you're best getting a set of 4 and going auto-xing with them, and put them on a second set of wheels.
