Pre-Loading. When you reach the first staging light, and pull up the e-brake, than you proceed to slip the clutch to move up to trigger the next light. Which in turn keeps your drivetrain on each other so the gears dont smash into each other. You then put the ebrake down and slip the clutch off the line at like 5-6k Let the clutch out as much as possible without spinning. If it spins dont take the clutch out to much. This will eat your clutch but is probably the best way to launch.

....Preloading will save ur axles and tranny just harder on clutch like stated above
