try this. remove the other turn signal that works and un plug the socket( not just the bulb) and hook it in the side that blinks fast. Ive seen alot of the bulb sockets good bad.
Thats the first thing I tried, because this happened to me once before on an EG I had... But that was a no go... Thanks for the imput steve!
