What is stripped the threads or the hex nut.
If it is the threads just use an impact wrench and replace the stud.
If it is the hex that is stripped a hammer and a punch can usually break it loose. Just offset the punch on the lug and hit it till it breaks loose. Sometimes drilling a pilot hole for the punch to sit in helps.
