How much are you looking to spend?

I know someone with a EBP Si in Primo Condition with a few tasteful aftermarket parts on and a bunch of motor parts that are yet to be installed.
The car is on Si wheels and the only exterior mods are a Exhaust, Dropped, OE fog lights.
