For the size (and price) they really aren't that heavy. They are by no means light, but that's also the reason Advan's and HRE's are so f'in expensive. You do need to create a descent amount of HP to adequately and predictably spin these, but then again, that's gonna happen when your runnung a 10" wide footpad in the rear. My 17" NZO's were considerably heavier than my 18" sport max's. Mostly it's a brand versus price versus wieght thing, I suppose. But then again, I'm just a lowly drif-tater. lol
