Just put the car up on jack stands, remove the y-pipe from the exhaust, remove the 2 large bolts that hold the sub frame to the body of the car, remove the bolt from the one suspension link behind the diff, and the diff and subframe should both drop down enough to get the bolts loose on the mount. Use the jack to jack the subframe back into place with the new mount. Tools include: jack, pry-bar, wrenches, 14mm u-joint socket I think, and extension and ratchet and other sockets (12,14,17,19,21 are all a good idea). No crazy tools needed.
