Yes, you just need to keep the injectors and mass air matched. A nice dyno tune will help after that, as you will want to get past the programmed rev limiter.

Also, you won't be able to use the stock intake, as a 302 block has a 8.2 deck height and the 351 Windsor has a 9.5. In theory, you could use a stock upper, but there isn't a lower that will fit that specific runner pattern.... that I know of.
