The black person who uses that term is only making his/her situation worse.

If they truely wanted respect, equal rights or whatever it is they believe they are lacking, they would hold thier head up and not thier hand out, go to (and more importantly, stay in) school, listen and learn, talk right and become a productive member of society.

They have to respect themselves before anybody else can respect them.
