My buddie pulled the negative battery terminal off of his 03 wrx to reset the computer because the car was low on coolant and the check engine light was on. He filled up the coolant tank and reconected the battery. Now the car runs like shit on top in in boost. It is running way to rich. Is the computer stuck in safe mode? If so how can he correct this to get the car out of safe mode. It ran fine before the battery was disconected. Any help is much appreciated. Does he need to pull the main fuse from the computer to reset the damn thing? I'm a ford guy so i'm not firmilar with Subaru's. Thanks all!
