I had to replace mine like a week after i bought the car. Its actually on the firewall, its got an electrical connection and two vaccum lines going to it. The vaccum lines that connect to it go from the end of the fuel rail - fuel pressure solenoid - end of the intake manifold. Put the new one in yourself, its very simple, should take no more than 5 minutes. Ill take a pic of it if you want, just to show you where/what it is.
