Ford 8.8 Performance Gear Sets


Motive Gear has added six new 8.8-inch gear ratios to its industry-leading ring and pinion line, so you can fine tune your differential for faster and stronger starts coming off the line. The company is now offering 3.90, 4.30, 4.88, 5.14, 5.71 and 6.14:1 ratios. These go along with the 3.08, 3.27, 3.31, 3.55, 3.73, 4.10 and 4.56:1 ratios currently being offered.

These new ring and pinions fit the 8.8-inch Ford rear axle, but Motive Gear also offers 3.31, 3.55, 3.73, 4.10 and 4.56:1 ratios for the 8.8-inch front axle.
